Texas HHSC Renews HR Contract with Convergys

(Cincinnati and Austin; September 17, 2009) - - - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, announced today that the Texas Health and Human Services Commission has renewed its contract with Convergys for human resources and payroll services for another two years.

The original five-year contract included recruiting, compensation, HR administration, Payroll, Benefits, Learning,  HR information system support, and employee service center services.
