How to Submit Comments
The HROA invites comments on the draft standards and practices listed in the Currently Available for Public & Member Comment section above.
Anyone wishing to comment on draft standards or practices may use one of two methods to present their comments, as outlined below. To help us process and review your comments more efficiently, please do not duplicate comments using more than one method.
Also, for each comment, please refer to the paragraph number listed in the left column of the document.
1. HROA Online Comment Forum
Draft practices or standards open for comment have a direct link to an online forum that can be used to submit comments. Please note that these comments are public and can be viewed by anyone who accesses the forum.

2. E-mail comments to comments@hroa.org
The subject line of your message must include the name of the draft standard or practice, including the identification number of the draft standard or practice on which you are commenting. This is the number that begins "HROA".
If you attach a document, please use either Word or PDF formats only.

Recommended Practices
Having completed a rigorous analysis and peer review, in compliance with the HROA’s process for setting standards and practices, the HROA Standards & Practices Sub-Committee is pleased to announce it has released two recommended practices:

- Service Level Agreement Methodology – HROA002
Both have been designated HROA Recommended Practices™ and are now available for download and use.
