ExcellerateHRO launches HR BPO facility in Iowa

ExcellerateHRO, jointly owned by EDS and Towers Perrin, announced it has opened a new service delivery facility in Des Moines, IA to provide a full suite of HR outsourcing services to include Benefits Administration, Payroll, Workforce Administration, Absence Management, Recruiting & Staffing and Compensation Management services.
Built as an addition to EDS' existing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Service Center, the new construction houses 250 workstations and two training facilities.
"The Des Moines Service Center is a significant addition to ExcellerateHRO's delivery capability," said Kathryn Kelly, ExcellerateHRO president. "It will enable us to deliver exceptional customer service and HR business process capability at competitive costs. Moreover, it allows us to capitalize on a vibrant workforce in Des Moines that is well-suited to serve the needs of our clients."
Des Moines was selected as one of EDS' and ExcellerateHRO's global service delivery locations based on the ability to provide a full range of world-class services.
