SharedExpertise created to deliver independent transformational shared services and BPO knowledge

While the industry boasts a myriad of sources of information on outsourcing and shared services-based business process transformation, a single, definitive source of unbiased, independent, expert- and peer-based knowledge and insights hasn’t existed until the formation of SharedXpertise, officially announced today. SharedXpertise unites the Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing Association (SBPOA) and the Delve Group’s Competitive & Market Intelligence Practice under one legal entity, SharedXpertise LLC. The activities of the HR Outsourcing Association (HROA) and HROA Europe will also be managed via SharedXpertise, the legal entity’s market-facing name.

SharedXpertise is devoted to sharing expertise, knowledge and insights among organizations worldwide to help them transform their business processes and functions via Research, Training, Events and Forums. Its core offering is membership for both buy-and sell-side organizations in a range of professional associations – called SharedXpertise Forums – including those focused on Public Sector, HR, Finance, Procurement and other functional areas ripe for transformation via outsourcing or shared services.

The SBPOA has also managed all the activities of the HR Outsourcing Association Europe (HROAE) since 2005.
