RPO Alliance Buyers Group Business Tools
The RPO Alliance is developing a set of tools to help HR practitioners navigate the tricky recruitment process waters and determine the best source of recruitment process improvement tools for them.
The toolset includes:
Recruitment Process Self Assessment Guide link to it – A step-by-step guide for HR practitioners on how to evaluate their recruitment performance, and determine if, where, and when RPO is viable for their organization. Content includes: mapping the current process, developing the ideal recruitment process, baselining current recruitment costs, and developing the business case for recruitment improvement spending.
RPO Industry Glossary link to it – A glossary of RPO terms and definitions to ensure everyone speaks the same language.
RPO Buying Guide and Directory link to it – A roadmap and best practices guide for those practitioners who have decided to purchase RPO services, as well as an online directory of RPO providers. Content includes scoping the RPO relationship, building the RPO selection team, selecting the best provider(s), and contracting for success.
