Programs

Each year the HROA runs a series of programs aimed at progressing the HRO market place.
Running each year are the HROA Awards recognizing achievements around the globe that can be shared with peers at all stages of their lifecycle.
In 2013 our main programs are delivering against the objectives of being: -

• the source of content for full enterprise and single source (payroll, learning, recruitment, technology) outsourcing
• the networking community for HR leaders to discuss/ address current issues and trends
• the provider of (Certified Outsourcing Professional)HRO certification 

 
Our content can be found in HROA Deliverables and throughout the Content Directory
Our community is driven by all Association activities but can be seen in person at the various Buyers Group and Chapter meetings around the globe, and also at the HROA-supported SharedXpertise-owned HRO Today Forums
Our certification program can be followed on the link above and alongside and will pilot and launch during 2013.
 
In addition we will continue with the efforts around collaboration to further expand the HROA's footprint globally.
