Meta4, Telefonica and Nevum launch an integrated HR outsourcing solution

Meta4, t-gestiona (Telefonica Groups Shared Services Centre specialising in HR outsourcing services) and Nevum have presented an integrated solution for the management of human resources which will allow companies implementing the solution to combine settlement of employee payments with a tool designed to optimise productivity control.

The solution incorporates the Payroll service provided by t-gestiona, which includes personnel administration and payment settlement functions, combined with respective technological platforms provided by Meta4 and Nevum.

This new solution combines Meta4's tools and Nevum's "Human Time", these features being integrated and implemented by a specialist HR consultancy team from t-gestiona.

The package combines the professional Payroll services, which covers income management, administration and maintenance of the company's employee database, organisational structure and settlement of payments.
This new solution allows firms to integrate their payment settlement system with functions for controlling access to company buildings, staff attendance and actual work time, as well as overtime, into a single platform.

It will also enable companies to reduce their operating costs, improve internal processes relating to human resources management, and access reliable information about employee productivity, at all times.
From the employees' viewpoint, the new system helps to improve the working environment, since, being a totally integrated system, it reduces staff complaints.
