Information Security, A Partnership Approach
One of the more challenging issues in HR-BPO is maintaining the privacy and integrity of employee data. Given today's complex world one cannot expect to achieve the goals of information security without a collaborative approach. This paper examines the new paradigms created, and demonstrates the advantages gained by use of a security partnership methodology.
