HROA Professional Staff
The HROA is serviced by SharedXpertise – managers of HRO Today Magazines, the HRO Today Forum and HRO Summits, CR Magazine and the Commit!Forum.
The HROA has a contracted partnership with SharedXpertise under a Master Services Agreement. SharedXpertise provides a set of designated base services including membership services for administration, development and all organizational support, including scheduling and logistics for Trustee, Board, Committee and Special Interest Group meetings. SharedXpertise also manages the collection of content from members and the posting of content for this website, for example.
The SharedXpertise management services agreement is managed by Ernie Lareau who is the HROA Managing Director. Ernie is employed directly by the HROA Executive Committee to oversee the HROA's relationship with SharedXpertise and SharedXpertise's day to day delivery of services to the HROA and the HROA membership under the agreement.
The SharedXpertise Management team is led by Faye Holland who is the Global Executive Director. Faye is responsible for all the day to day running of the Master Services Agreement.
SharedXpertise Media, LLC is a global member of HROA and Elliot Clark, CEO of SharedXpertise has been a member of the HROA Board of Trustees since 2007 prior to this management contract.
