HROA Buyers SIG
The HROA Buyers SIG is run both at a global and chapter level. It consists of companies that outsource multiple or single HR processes and Members are comprised of the heads of the HRO (or process) deal at each organization. The HROA Buyers SIG provides a forum, void of providers or advisors, where members share and speak openly on their experiences and issues related to HR Outsourcing and Transformation. In order to foster the open nature of these conversations, all members are educated on anti-trust guidelines and do not discuss anything that is restricted by contract or not publicly available.

The leadership team resides at global level and oversees all Buyers Group activities but with an active focus on North America.
