European Buyers Group

The European Buyers Group is led by Darren Bartholomew, Selex Galileo and Gary Madden, BP.

The HROA Europe Buyers Group holds three meetings a year to discuss hot topics in HR Outsourcing.  We meet in an informal but “Chatham House” setting with a range of buyers from across the industry and at various stages of the HRO lifecycle – there’s almost certainly someone on hand to ask (and answer) the “what did you do?” question!

Next Meeting:

Our September HROA Europe Buyers Group meeting will be a webex held on Thursday 27th September.

 .Running from 12:00 to 16:00, we will start with a light lunch before deep diving into a number of interesting topics key to us as HRO buyers.

Attendees are usually HR leads from companies such as BP, Kraft, Aviva, Selex Galileo and many more. We invite around 100 HR professionals to keep a good mix of around 10-12 people at each meeting. So far confirmed for this meeting are the above companies plus DSM so we have only 6 places remaining.

Please let Faye (Faye.Holland@SharedXpertise) know as soon as possible if you are able to attend; and feel free to forward this invitation if there is anyone in your wider HR networks who may be interested in joining us. Non-HROA members can come along to their first Buyers Group meeting free of charge before hopefully making the decision to join the Association. We would also welcome colleagues from a Procurement background with an interest in HRO.
