Since 2005, the HROA Awards have been the highlight of the year and an aspiration for those in the HRO industry in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and globally.

Each year the HROA selects a theme and the awards criteria revolve around that theme. This year's theme is "Be Transformed: Recognizing Marked Achievements in the Advancement of HRO," honoring individuals and organizations who have achieved measurable impact. All nominations are required to provide demonstrable evidence of how the nominee(s) garnered exceptional results through their efforts within their organizations and / or the HRO industry within the awards year.
