ARINSO announces major HR services contract with ACS in Europe

ARINSO International (Euronext Brussels:ARIN) announced today a new services contract with Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (NYSE: ACS), a world leader in business process solutions. As a service provider to ACS, ARINSO will support ACS, deployment of the PeopleSoft HR module and SAP payroll applications and will assist with processing payroll and personnel administration in 10 European countries as part of a newly established HR Services agreement.

This contract is a European breakthrough for ARINSO People Services, as the agreement is worth more than EUR 90 million. For ARINSO, this contract will generate important recurring revenue streams in the coming years. In 2004, this contract will be the largest account in ARINSO's customer portfolio.
